Empowering Educators: Mindfulness Techniques for Self-care and Resiliency

Uncertainty is everywhere, and the reality is that many of us will return to the classroom.  We all care about the emotional and mental well-being of our students, but what about ours?  This workshop I will share from my experience of teaching yoga and mindfulness to adults and children.  As a yoga teacher and an advocate for self-care, I’ll explain some easy mindfulness strategies to empower teachers to get grounded and reclaim their peace and self-care.
